Welcome to my Pharmacy Practice Residency ePortfolio!
On June 22, 2015 I began a 52-week journey toward completing a Pharmacy Practice Residency. To me, a Pharmacy Practice Residency means an opportunity to acquire and apply new clinical skills through a structured program that provides continuous mentorship from experts in the field. Throughout this year, I look forward to the challenges and rewards of learning to apply the process of medication management through active participation in patient centered care. As a pharmacist, I am excited to explore and establish my role as part of an interdisciplinary team in the hospital setting through my experiences as a VIHA hospital resident!
